No contract will exist between you and ARTWEARKW for the sale of any product unless and until ARTWEARKW has accepted your order with a confirmation email and full payment has been processed. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
ARTWEARKW reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
PAYMENT
By purchasing on this site, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have authorized the use of payment. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with the earrings or/if for some reason the earrings do not work for you or please contact me within 15 days of purchase, and you can return your item for a full refund or exchange.
IF the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s) via the most economical shipping method of choice. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned. We will do our best to replace or offer a refund for products received damaged.
If the product is damaged during shipment, please note I will need to file a claim with the carrier and you will need to save the damaged products, original shipping container, and any additional packing materials to support our claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders due to the fault of shipping carriers.
CANCELATION
Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email artwearkeywest@gmail.com. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account
REFUNDS
Once your refund is processed, it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
