Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the earrings or/if for some reason the earrings do not work for you or please contact us within 15 days of purchase and you can return your item for a full refund or exchange. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email artwearkeywest@gmail.com.  You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account

Refunds Policy

Once your refund is processed, it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping

We currently ship anywhere in the United States & anywhere in Canada. We charge a flat fee for shipping.

For the United States, there is a 5 dollar flat fee charge, however, if you spend more than 125 dollars shipping is free. Your order should arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

For Canada, there is a 15 dollar flat fee for any purchases under $125. For any purchase above 125 dollars, the shipping price will drop to 10 dollars. Your order should arrive between 6 to 10 days.

Orders are processed within 1 -2 days and once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.

Damaged Items

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned. We will do our best to replace or offer a refund for products received damaged.

If the product is damaged during shipment, please note we will need to file a claim with the carrier and you will need to save the damaged products, original shipping container, and any additional packing materials to support our claim.

We am not responsible for lost or stolen orders due to the fault of shipping carriers.
